Taffy apple salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• egg - 1 item
• vinegar - 2 tsp
• can crushed pineapple
• Cool Whip - 8 oz
• peanuts - 1 c
• apples, cubed

How to make taffy apple salad:

Salad:4 c. apples, cubed8 oz. Cool Whip1 c. peanuts1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple Sauce: Put sugar and flour in a pan. Mix vinegar and egg together. Combine all and add juice from pineapple over low heat. Stir constantly. When it comes to a boil remove from heat. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.

Combine all and refrigerate. Serve.
