Taco dip
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder
- catsup - 3/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- sliced black olives - 1/3 c
- can kidney beans, drained and mashed - 1 oz
- and 1/3 c - 1/4 c
How to make taco dip:
Saute meat and 1/4 cup onion. Drain off fat. Stir in catsup, chili powder, salt and beans. Mix well. Spoon into ungreased 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup onion, cheese and olives on top. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes about four cups.
