Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 1 lb
- shredded cheese - 1 pkg
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- bag corn chips - 1 item
- can kidney or pinto beans with juice - 1 item
How to make taco casserole:
Brown hamburger and drain. Mix taco seasoning, creamed corn and beans with juice into hamburger. Crumble chips in bottom of long casserole dish (any amount you like). Pour meat mixture over chips and bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and heat until cheese melts. Serves 4 to 6 people.Suggestion: Serve with sour cream, mild or hot taco sauce, and salad.
