  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • bag Doritos chips - 1 (8
  • tomatoes, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • lettuce, shredded - 1 item
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 oz

How to make taco casserole:

Brown meat and drain any grease. Add taco seasoning and mix. Then add sauces. Mix well. Place 1/2 meat mixture into casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 crushed Doritos and repeat process. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with shredded cheese.

Serve with lettuce and tomatoes. You may also want to serve with taco sauce or salsa and sour cream.
