Ingredients/Components
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- corn chips
- can refried beans - 1 oz
- envelope taco mix - 1 item
How to make taco casserole:
Preheat oven to 375°. Brown ground beef and drain. Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce and taco mix. Add amount of water stated on taco mix directions.Line 2-quart casserole with 2 cups corn chips. Layer ground beef mixture. Mix other ingredients and put over ground beef. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Crush remaining chips and add cheese. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
