Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • 8 oz - 2 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
  • cubed cooked ham 1/2 lb - 2 c

How to make swiss alpine quiche:

Combine cheese and flour. Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in the pie shell. Repeat layers. Sprinkle onion on top. Combine milk, eggs and seasoning ingredients; pour over mixture. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
