Swiss alpine quiche
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- 8 oz - 2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- cubed cooked ham 1/2 lb - 2 c
How to make swiss alpine quiche:
Combine cheese and flour. Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in the pie shell. Repeat layers. Sprinkle onion on top. Combine milk, eggs and seasoning ingredients; pour over mixture. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Cheese, Main dish, Savory pies.
