  • cinnamon - 1/8 1/2
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2 tsp
  • fresh lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • peeled, sliced apples
  • sweet potatoes, pared and sliced - 1 lb

How to make sweet potatoes and apples:

Place alternate layers of sweet potatoes and apples in a baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with margarine. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over mixture. Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 375°. Let set before serving.
