  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potatoes:

Beat mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and margarine until smooth. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix brown sugar, flour, margarine and pecans together. Sprinkle mixture over sweet potato mixture in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
