  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg
  • stick butter, melted - 3/4 item
  • stick melted butter - 3/4 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 2 c
  • Bake at 400° for 20 minutes

How to make sweet potatoes:

Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Make sure sweet potatoes are firmly baked before adding topping.Topping:3/4 c. cornflakes, crushed1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. brown sugar3/4 stick melted butter Pour mixture on top of baked potatoes. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
