Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oleo, melted - 1 c
- sweet milk - 1/2 c
- cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- lightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- Topping:1 stick oleo
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Topping:1 stick oleo1 c. brown sugar1 c. flour1 c. chopped nuts Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased dish; cover with topping. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.To prepare topping: Melt stick of oleo, brown sugar, flour and chopped nuts. Place over casserole.
