Sweet potato pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• plain flour - 3 Tbsp
• small can evaporated milk - 1 item
• stick melted butter - 1 item
• dash of nutmeg - 1 item
• sweet potatoes, mashed - 1 c
• pie shell - 1 item
• well beaten eggs - 2 item

How to make sweet potato pie:

Mix mashed sweet potatoes with eggs; add sugar and flour together. Blend with potatoes and eggs. Blend in milk. Add butter, vanilla and cinnamon or nutmeg. Pour mixture in uncooked pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then 350° until done.
