Peanut butter pie

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 4 oz
• confectioners sugar - 1 c
• peanut butter - 1/3 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• Cool Whip, at room temperature - 9 oz
• 9-inch pie crust, baked
• chopped peanuts - 1/4 c

How to make peanut butter pie:

Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly. Fold Cool Whip into mixture. Pour into baked pie crust. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and freeze. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
