Sweet potato pie

Ingredients/Components

• butter, softened - 1/2 c
• sugar - 1/4 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• eggs, separated - 2 item
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• brown sugar, firmly packed - 1 c
• ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
• 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
• sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 2 c

How to make sweet potato pie:

Mix first 10 ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
