Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- lemon or orange flavoring - 1 tsp
- sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed - 1 c
How to make sweet potato pie:
Mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 350° until firm and done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Potato, Vegetables.
