- eggs - 4 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- fresh strawberries - 1 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- small box strawberry jello - 1 item
How to make strawberry cake:
Frosting:1/2 c. fresh strawberries1 stick margarine1 box confectioners sugar Pour cake mix in large mixing bowl. Measure 1/2 cup strawberries. Fill with water to equal 1 cup. Add to mix. Add oil; mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Add jello. Mix well. Pour into greased and lightly floured pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Frosting: Melt the margarine and mix well with sugar and strawberries. Spread on warm cake.
