Sweet potato pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• brown sugar - 2 c
• margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
• stick margarine, melted - 1 item
• nutmeg optional - 1 tsp
• sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 2 c
• tall can evaporated milk - 1 item
• Bake at 350° until done

How to make sweet potato pie:

Mix ingredients together well and put into 4 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° until done.Topping:2 eggs, well beaten2 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. margarine, melted2 tsp. vanilla Mix together and spread over the pies. Brown at 350°. Recipe can be cut in half to make 2 pies.
