  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • stick margarine - 1/3 item
  • brown sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick melted margarine - 1/3 item
  • cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato delight:

Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. flour1/3 stick melted margarine Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, margarine and vanilla. Pour into buttered casserole. Combine topping ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
