- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- mashed potatoes - 3 c
- Put in casserole dish
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Cook sweet potatoes; mash and add the remaining ingredients. Put in casserole dish.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts1/3 c. flour1/3 c. butter Chop this until it crumbles. Put this on top of sweet potatoes. Bake in oven at 350° for 30Recipe categories: Low sodium, Potato, Vegetables.
