Sweet potato crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- melted margarine - 1/3 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- mashed sweet potatoes 2 large fresh potatoes - 3 c
- Put in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Mix all ingredients and beat until fluffy. Put in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Make topping.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. melted margarine Mix until crumbly and top the potatoes. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Potato, Vegetables.
