Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cup brown sugar - 3/4 item
- cup chopped pecans - 1 item
- cup sugar - 1/2 item
- cup butter, melted - 1/4 item
- large sweet potatoes, baked and mashed - 4 item
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Topping:3 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. flour3/4 cup brown sugar1 cup chopped pecans Mix yams, salt, butter, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Put in a baking dish. Mix topping ingredients in separate bowl and sprinkle on top of yams. Bake at 350 degrees for 20Recipe categories: Low sodium, Potato, Vegetables.
