Ingredients/Components
- large can sweet potatoes, drained - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- can Pet milk - 1/4 item
- white sugar - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- vanilla
- brown sugar
- flour - 1/3 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans1 tsp. cinnamon Mix all together with mixer until creamy. Pour into baking dish.Topping: Mix brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon. Heat on stove. Add pecans by spoon over potatoes in dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
