  • mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
  • sugar - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • stick butter, softened - 1 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • brown sugar
  • flour
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • broken pecans - 1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. flour1/2 stick butter1 c. broken pecans Mix the first 6 ingredients and place in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven; top with the topping mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. The potato mixture may be prepared in advance without topping and be frozen or refrigerated.

Topping: Mix ingredients together.
