- mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
- sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- stick butter, softened - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- brown sugar
- flour
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- broken pecans - 1 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. flour1/2 stick butter1 c. broken pecans Mix the first 6 ingredients and place in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven; top with the topping mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. The potato mixture may be prepared in advance without topping and be frozen or refrigerated.Topping: Mix ingredients together.
