  • sugar - 1 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • brown sugar
  • coconut - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • butter flavoring - 1/2 tsp
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • Pet evaporated milk - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 c. coconut1 c. chopped pecans1/2 stick margarine, melted Peel and mash cooked sweet potatoes. Add sugar, margarine, Pet milk, butter flavoring and eggs. Put into casserole dish.

Mix all topping ingredients together and put on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
