  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • Cover with topping and bake at 350° for 25 minutes

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix well and put in baking dish. Cover with topping and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Topping:1/4 c. flour1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar2 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine and mix well. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
