Sweet potato casserole

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1/3 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• margarine, melted - 1/4 c
• sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 2 lb

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix first seven ingredients well and pour into casserole dish (9-inch square). Combine brown sugar, margarine, flour and cinnamon. Mix well until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
