Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1 item
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • marshmallows - 1 item
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • cooked sweet potatoes - 2 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mash potatoes. Place in casserole. Add pineapple, brown sugar and margarine. Add dash of cinnamon. Mix well. Bake at 375° until bubbly. Top with marshmallows. Top with nuts, if desired. Return to oven until marshmallows are toasted.
