  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • chicken broth
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • cayenne - 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • rice
  • celery - 1/2 c
  • onions - 1/2 c
  • green onion tops - 1/2 c
  • green peppers some red peppers may be used - 1/2 c

How to make cajun dirty rice:

Bring to a boil; cover and simmer until tender. Add 1/2 pound sausage, browned and drained.
