eggs - 2 item
milk - 1/3 c
flour - 1/2 c
butter - 1/3 c
stick butter - 1 item
nuts optional - 1/2 c
light brown sugar
vanilla or almond - 1 Tbsp
hot, mashed sweet potatoes

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. light brown sugar1/2 c. flour1/3 c. butter1/2 c. nuts (optional) Cook sweet potatoes until soft. Mix hot sweet potatoes with milk, butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.

Make topping by putting sugar, flour, cubed butter and nuts into bowl. Cut in until crumbly. Put sweet potato mixture into 9 x 9-inch dish. Put topping over it. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
