Sweet and sour pork

Ingredients/Components

• brown sugar - 1 c
• vinegar - 1/2 c
• soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
• pork chops or steaks - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour pork:

Brown pork chops or steaks after dipping in flour. Drain grease and cover with water. Simmer until tender and water reduced greatly. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar. Add to pork and cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
