Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • bottle chili sauce - 1 item
  • bottle water - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • can kraut - 1 oz
  • can whole cranberry sauce - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix together ground beef, onion soup mix and bread crumbs. Form into balls. Simmer on top of stove chili sauce, water, brown sugar, kraut and cranberry sauce. Mix until well blended. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
