  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • large can fruit cocktail - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • lime gelatin
  • 7-Up as needed

How to make 7-up salad:

Dissolve gelatin in water. Drain fruit cocktail and crushed pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough 7-Up to fruit juice to make 3 cups of liquid. Add fruit juice mixture to gelatin mixture and chill until almost set. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, nuts, fruit cocktail and pineapple. Add to chilled gelatin and refrigerate until firm.
