Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • quick cooking oats - 2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 3 lb
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • liquid smoke - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • can condensed milk - 1 oz
  • Place into 13 x 9-inch pan

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix together and form into large meatballs. Place into 13 x 9-inch pan.Sauce:2 c. catsup2 Tbsp. liquid smoke1 1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 tsp. garlic Mix and bring to a boil, then pour over meat balls. Bake 1 hour at 350°. C
