Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • ketchup - 1/3 c
  • hamburger meat - 2 lb
  • can cranberry sauce
  • bottle chili sauce - 12 oz
  • cornflakes - 1 c

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Sauce Mix:1 lb. can cranberry sauce1 Tbsp. lemon juice12 oz. bottle chili sauce2 Tbsp. sugar Mix all meatball ingredients and roll into small balls. Makes 40 to 50. Put into baking dish. Cover with sauce.

Mix all sauce ingredients well, then pour over meatballs. Bake at 450° for 35 minutes.
