Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oatmeal - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • ground beef
  • onion powder - 1/4 tsp
  • ground pork - 1/2 lb
  • small bottle catsup - 1 item
  • jar red currant jelly - 1 item
  • can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
  • little black pepper - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix all ingredients, except jelly and catsup. Make meatballs. Brown meatballs in frying pan or oven for 30 minutes at 375°. Heat jelly and catsup. Serve meatballs with toothpicks to dip into sauce.
