Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- oatmeal - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- small bottle catsup - 1 item
- jar red currant jelly - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
- little black pepper - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Mix all ingredients, except jelly and catsup. Make meatballs. Brown meatballs in frying pan or oven for 30 minutes at 375°. Heat jelly and catsup. Serve meatballs with toothpicks to dip into sauce.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Main dish, Ground beef.
