Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- ground chuck
- jar apricot preserves - 1 oz
- ground sausage - 1 lb
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Combine all ingredients, except preserves and barbecue sauce. Form into small balls. Place on broiler pan and bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes.Place meatballs in large casserole. Combine preserves and sauce and pour over meatballs. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
