Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • soft bread crumbs - 2 c
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
  • ground chuck
  • jar apricot preserves - 1 oz
  • ground sausage - 1 lb

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Combine all ingredients, except preserves and barbecue sauce. Form into small balls. Place on broiler pan and bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes.

Place meatballs in large casserole. Combine preserves and sauce and pour over meatballs. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
