  • sugar - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes
  • evaporated milk - 3/4 1
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • nuts - 1 c

How to make yum yum cake:

Mix well, but do not beat. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Icing:1 stick butter1 c. sugar3/4 to 1 c. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla1 c. coconut1 c. nuts Mix well and boil for 2 minutes. Add coconut and nuts.
