Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • grated carrots - 1 c
  • mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • Sauce:1/2 c
  • catchup - 1 c
  • slices crumbled bread - 3 item

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix all ingredients into ground beef and form into balls.Sauce:1/2 c. brown sugar1 c. catchup2 Tbsp. mustard Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
