  • water - 1/4 c
  • onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • tomatoes - 1 item
  • pineapple - 1 item
  • apricot preserves - 8 oz
  • Russian dressing - 8 oz

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Arrange chicken in pan. Mix all ingredients, except pineapple, green pepper and tomatoes. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered, about 1 hour at 350°. Uncover. Add pineapple, green pepper and tomatoes. Cook an additional 1/2 hour. Serve over rice.
