  • jar apricot preserves - 1/2 oz
  • bottle Russian dressing dark red - 1/2 oz

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Put chicken in baking dish. Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with small amount of water. Pour over chicken and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
