Ingredients/Components

  • onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • bottle Russian dressing - 8 oz
  • jar apricot or peach preserves - 6 oz
  • 6-8 chicken breasts skinless and boneless

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Mix dressing, onion soup mix and preserves in a blender or food processor. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder or salt. Pour dressing mix over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cover the first half of baking.
