Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- lean hamburger - 3 4
- apricot preserves - 10 oz
- extra large bottle Kraft regular barbecue sauce - 1 item
- can Italian Salad Crispin bread crumbs - 4 oz
How to make swedish meatballs:
Combine hamburger, apricot preserves, eggs and bread crumbs together. Roll into balls. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Drain juice. Pour barbecue sauce over meatballs. Cook until bubbly. Great to put in crock-pot after the first 20 minutes on low for several hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
