Ingredients/Components
- cans French onion soup - 3 item
- sirloin tip roast, with salt and pepper added to taste - 3 lb
- carrots and potatoes - 1 item
How to make sunday pot roast:
You will need a cooking bag also.Place 2 tablespoons flour in cooking bag. Add roast, carrots, potatoes and soup (no water added). Tie bag, slitting top with 6 cuts. Place in a 325° oven for 4 hours. Comes out perfect every time! Feeds 8 people easily and is a standard Sunday dinner at our house.
