Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- hamburger - 2 lb
- Morton Tender Quick - 2 Tbsp
How to make summer sausage:
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Form into 3 to 6 inch logs and wrap in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Place on broiler pan and bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Summer, Seasonal.
