Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 3/4 tsp
- onion salt - 3/4 tsp
- lean hamburger - 3 lb
- black pepper
- mustard seed - 3/4 tsp
- Tender Quick salt - 3 Tbsp
- Wright, smoke liquid - 1/2 tsp
How to make summer sausage:
Mix well. Divide into 3 balls. Roll to size of your choice. Wrap in foil. Leave in icebox overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Open one end of the foil. Pour out excess grease and cool. Serve.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Summer, Seasonal.
