Sumi salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil
- sesame seed - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- green onions, chopped - 8 item
- seasoned rice vinegar - 6 Tbsp
- head cabbage, chopped, or 2 bags pre-chopped - 1 item
- top Ramen noodles only, crushed and cooked - 2 pkg
How to make sumi salad:
Dressing:1 c. oil6 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. salt Toast almonds and sesame seed in oven until golden brown. Combine cabbage and green onions in serving bowl. At the last minute, add almonds, sesame seed and crushed Ramen noodles to cabbage.Toss with dressing mixture. (Mix dressing until the sugar is dissolved.)
