Ingredients/Components
- sesame oil - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- rice vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 3/4 c
- pkg
- toasted sesame seed - 1/4 c
- toasted, sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- Chicken Mix:4 chicken breasts, cooked skinless and boneless
- small cabbage, finely chopped - 1/2 item
- bunch green onions, finely chopped - 1/2 item
- pickled ginger, chopped - 2 Tbsp
How to make sumi salad:
Noodle Mix:2 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles1/4 c. toasted sesame seed1/2 c. toasted, sliced almonds Chicken Mix:4 chicken breasts, cooked (skinless and boneless)1/2 small cabbage, finely chopped1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped2 Tbsp. pickled ginger, chopped Combine dressing and noodle mix; cover and let set overnight in a cool place.
