  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • rice vinegar - 1/2 c
  • salad oil - 3/4 c
  • pkg
  • toasted sesame seed - 1/4 c
  • toasted, sliced almonds - 1/2 c
  • Chicken Mix:4 chicken breasts, cooked skinless and boneless
  • small cabbage, finely chopped - 1/2 item
  • bunch green onions, finely chopped - 1/2 item
  • pickled ginger, chopped - 2 Tbsp

How to make sumi salad:

Noodle Mix:2 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles1/4 c. toasted sesame seed1/2 c. toasted, sliced almonds Chicken Mix:4 chicken breasts, cooked (skinless and boneless)1/2 small cabbage, finely chopped1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped2 Tbsp. pickled ginger, chopped Combine dressing and noodle mix; cover and let set overnight in a cool place. Add chicken mix; toss and serve on leaf lettuce.
