Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- sesame seed - 1/2 c
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- head Nappa cabbage, chopped fine - 1 item
- dry Ramen noodles, crumbled not seasoning - 2 pkg
- any cold meat cooked turkey or chicken, cubed, is best - 1 item
- or more to taste rice vinegar - 6 Tbsp
How to make sumi salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. sugar1 c. oil6 Tbsp. (or more to taste) rice vinegar1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper Mix well. Pour over salad (all dressing is not needed; this dressing is good on plain lettuce as a salad).Recipe categories: Salads, Seasonal, Asian.
