Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- sliced almonds - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sesame seed - 1/4 c
- green onions, finely sliced - 8 item
- head cabbage, chopped - 1 item
- Ramen noodles, broken up - 2 pkg
How to make sumi salad:
Dressing:1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. pepper1 tsp. salt1 c. oil Salad: Toast almonds and sesame seed in skillet with oil until lightly browned. Pour over rest of ingredients (already combined).Dressing: Combine all ingredients thoroughly and mix with salad. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
