Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced almonds - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • sesame seed - 1/2 c
  • rice vinegar
  • green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
  • sunflower seeds - 1/4 c
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
  • Top Ramen noodles - 2 pkg
  • from noodles
  • large cabbage, shredded - 1 item

How to make sumi salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. rice vinegar1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. oil1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper seasoning pkg. from noodles Shred cabbage. Chop green onions and bell peppers. Brown nuts in oil until golden brown. Break Ramen noodles very fine. Mix all.

Dressing: Mix all ingredients for dressing and pour over salad mixture. Let stand for at least 4 hours.
