Sumi salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- sliced almonds - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sesame seed - 1/2 c
- rice vinegar
- green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- sunflower seeds - 1/4 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- Top Ramen noodles - 2 pkg
- from noodles
- large cabbage, shredded - 1 item
How to make sumi salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. rice vinegar1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. oil1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper seasoning pkg. from noodles Shred cabbage. Chop green onions and bell peppers. Brown nuts in oil until golden brown. Break Ramen noodles very fine. Mix all.Dressing: Mix all ingredients for dressing and pour over salad mixture. Let stand for at least 4 hours.
