Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- green onions, sliced - 4 item
- sliced almonds, toasted - 1 c
- toasted sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
- white vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- medium cabbage - 1 item
- oil 1/2 c
- diced celery tiny - 1 c
- noodles from Top Ramen - 1 item
- packet chicken-flavored seasoning from Top Ramen - 1 item
How to make sumi salad:
Dressing:1 c. oil (1/2 c. will do)4 Tbsp. white vinegar4 Tbsp. sugar1 packet chicken-flavored seasoning from Top Ramen Shred cabbage. Add vegetables, almonds and seeds. Pour dressing over. Add crushed, dry noodles. Toss together. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Salads, Seasonal, Asian.
